Big Adventures

So for Labor Day weekend we decided to get adventurous. On Saturday we took all 3 girls swimming. Z loved going down the water slide with each of us. The little girls had fun swimming, this was their first time and did great.

On Sunday we decided to go for a hike outside Lander to the Popo Agie Falls. We didn't have high expectations, just wanted to get out and have fun together. We did have a camera with us on the hike and we have lots of pictures.

Here I am at the beginning of the hike adjusting all of the different straps.

Not too far into the hike we already made adjustments with where everyone was riding. Z decided she wanted to walk, so we let her walk and shifted the little girls around. Z did great walking a bit here and there. Daddy and I took turns carrying her in between her walking.

We did make it the falls. Daddy didn't think we would make it but we did. We may have been slow, but we were just going at a good pace with 3 kids. We made it to our lunch spot and here are a couple of pictures.

Z was trying to help us to get a picture of all of the girls. We were clapping trying to get the attention of the girls, so Z was clapping too.

A family photo. It is always hard to rely on other people to take your picture, a little zoom wouldn't have hurt here. The other family picture we tried to get the person taking the picture cut D out by not taking a picture including my backpack. So that picture didn't make it on here beings it was only four of us.

The end of the hike, everyone was asleep. H woke up when I stopped walking, but everyone even Z had made themselves comfortable in the pack they were in and took good naps.
